I want to let you know how great it is to work and have such a strong relationship with EMJAY. At the college today we had an issue with one of the rooftop units and I called the service team who jumped on finding a way to resolve the issue we were experiencing. Within 45 minutes service had contacted me to let me know they had a service tech on the way, and two hours after the original call the issue was resolved.
