Description:EMJAY is completing the New Bed Tower Core and Shell as a mechanical subcontractor to The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Our work includes a basement mechanical room with commercial AHU’s, pumps, steam pressure reducing station, heat exchangers, energy recovery system, water heaters, ductwork, insulation, automatic temperature controls and test and balancing.

This project consisted of removing two chillers and one cooling tower and interconnecting piping controls and pumps and replacing with two new Trane high-efficiency chiller and one new Marley cooling tower. This was a total removal and replacement of the existing chilled water and condenser water system.
